Alchemical Revolution's season has just concluded, leaving Grand Archive fans eagerly anticipating the release of Mercurial Heart on May 17, 2024.
In the meantime, Weebs of the Shore recently hosted a livestream to give us a sneak peek at what's in store for the upcoming season!
Here’s what we know so far.
Meta Changes
In previous best-of-three matches, players were limited to an 8-card sideboard with no restrictions on the number of Material cards. However, the upcoming season introduces a new rule: players can now include a 15-card sideboard, an increase of 7 cards! To balance the change, each Material card will occupy 3 card slots. Therefore, if you choose to have a sideboard full of Material cards, you can only include a total of 5 cards in your sideboard.

This shifts in meta will for sure lead to new strategies and approaches, making for a more exciting and competitive scene.
What’s inside the Re: Collection?
The upcoming release of Mercurial Heart not only features the latest booster but also introduces a new merchandise line titled Re: Collection. Currently, only two champions, Silvie and Tristan, is included in this collection.
The Re: Collection features a magnetic storage box that contains:
- A pre-constructed 60-card main deck and 12 card material deck
- A set of matching 100ct. Dragon Shield art sleeves
- A set of cards completing the playsets for you pre-constructed deck
- A damage counters
- Art dividers
- Three Re:Collection Mercurial Heart booster packs (chance for Tristan, Shadowdancer CSR and Silvie, Slime Sovereign CSR instead of MRC1E CSRs/CURs)
